Evangelizing service design thinking and behavioural economics

Lisha is a Senior Service Designer and MBA grad from the Rotman School of Management at U of T, where she studied business and human-centred design. She first started at TELUS on the Service Design & Strategy team, and now helps TELUS Digital by evangelizing service design thinking and behavioural economics to create better products and services for their users. Prior to this, she was working in consulting and with startups.
